Who is COMSEC (Community Self employment Centre)?

COMSEC
COMSEC (Community Self Employment Centre) is a programme established in 1994 by the Eastern Cape Job Creation Trust (ECJCT) with the primary task of promoting small enterprises and local development in the Eastern Cape. The programme has been in existence for the past 15 years and has grown to include the following as its principal business activities

                             *property and tenant management                              *business incubation
* business development services
 * business skills training
 * tender advice
 * business registrations
 * mentoring and facilitation
* business outreach programme
 * unemployed graduate programme
* co-operatives set-up and training
* administration and finance

To alleviate unemployment by broadening the base of entrepreneurship and self employment through a co-operative network of various
